SVLAN.CVLAN
  That SVLAN.CVLAN gets assigned to a dummy customer attached to the
address.  The real customer (Also sometimes a dummy) gets attached to the
dummy customer.  Really that should be a many-one join but Netsuite is dumb
that way and we don't have real database access.
