Of all the consternation over fcc type approval etc, I never heard of any enforcement on these issues.
The only enforcement I have ever known about close up and personal was when Sterling had a 5.6 (I think) weather radar conflict and when Doug Clark called the FCC on a competitor and he got reamed in the process. I think he tried to use up all the frequencies on a microwave band at a site he was sharing with someone else. Proved the old adage that if you call them you better have your house in order because you get the inspection first.
