I have watched a few excel videos about it this morning but they are more
focused on merging similar records.

I've done this stuff before. Takes a lot of google foo and formatting of each
file. And the first time you achieve your goal, it will visually present the
way you want then randomly revert.
Once it's done you'll never retain the knowlege and have to start the google
foo again next time.

But yes, its doable, it's easily doable for excel nerds, but they wont tell you
how directly.

I have at least three files I need to merge. Spreadsheets.

Say one has names and addresses
One has addresses and phone numbers
One has phone numbers and email addresses

They are not the same length of file so certain records are missing in all
three files.
There is something common to allow one file to be merged into at least one of
the other files.

I really don’t want to write code to parse and search.
I am hopeful there is some kind of feature in excel that could do this.
Or I guess I might be able to fire up a database and make it happen.

  Any suggestions?
