Or the ones that come to the office to complain because “your phone lines are 
disconnected” and their “internet never works and never has” but when you ask 
them what number they’re calling it’s a number that’s been disconnected for 
almost 15 years and hasn’t been advertised anywhere for almost 20 years……

years ago and just do a reply to that, re-opening an old ticket for a
