One of my customers for my microtrencher blades told me that he is going to switch totally over to my brand and he was going to pay me more than my asking price “because they are worth it”. All I could come up with was “thank you”. Odd. Grateful. My blades are priced a bit below market so I can attract new customers, but my margins are still OK. I am priced 60% of the same blade from Ditch Witch.
Never had a customer want to pay more than the asking price before. Just worried about the midnight call from him asking me for a favor and to bring shovels.
