Yeah, but I'm too lazy to dig through a list of app licenses and then discern 
unique FRNs. I guess I could play around with the export feature and see what 
that gets me.

Yes. You can do an Advanced License Search. Narrow it down by radius, or other 
criteria :

You probably want to filter for a specific frequency range as well.

Is there a way (likely through a third party) to search a given geography 
(whether it's a polygon, point-radius, county, etc.) and get a list of FRNs 
that have licensed links in that area?
