Or a fire hydrant? You can get a hydrant meter from the city to use hydrant
water.

Water flowing through the pipe could carry a string/parachute down the way.
You'd have to find a way to secure the water hose to the conduit but you can
probably figure that out.

I have a 700' and 800' empty, but water filled, 1.25"duct I need to get
fiber through (No pull line). My Rodder is only 600' Is there anyplace
that would rent a 1000' rodder for a couple days? We tried to shop vac it
out, but just not enough pull to get the water out over that distance. Are
there other methods I haven't thought of yet? I only have home/shop sized
air compressors, I'd have to go rent a scroll compressor to try to blow it.
