Generals have engine heaters, but no good for off grid.  I don’t recall our 
little robin generators not starting when cold.  I used to have a chart showing 
vapor delivery at different temps for different tank sizes.  That is a serious 
problem at lower temps.  Even at warmer temps if you are using lots of gas.  A 
barbecue cylinder will self refrigerate to the point if stopping working at 
100,000 btu on a warm day.
