I’m talking about for trained competent tower climbers who work for me. I’m 
legitimately trying to be fair and keep good employees. I have no desire to 
have untrained under qualified employees. I’m no longer a wisp owner although I 
do a lot of work for wisp companies as well as a lot of two-way communications 
work and contract work but nothing cellular. Thanks for all of the input guys
