We have a few connections running on UBNT Wave at around a half mile, with pretty good results - no real problems with rain fade, so far.
You'll get less than half of that out of any of the other 60ghz options currently out there, if you don't want it dropping everytime it rains (ubiquiti is the only one that can use the upper 60ghz band, at this point).
