Water company tower in Fort Bliss has two omnis for MDS orbit radios...one reflector going on same tower...noise all around from their links plus EPWU uses licensed and unlicensed 900 all over path to McGregor...at McGregor they have an omni for MDS radios around the base...the long running fiber link was cut by construction and will take several months to reroute lines...so we are installing a back up ptp to get McGregor and Dona Ana Army Base on line ....using Cambium n900 SCADA radios
