Bought a Fluke Megger.  Have wanted one for a long time.  Every time there is a 
question as to whether a motor or transformer might have an insulation fault, 
you really don’t know for sure without a Megger.

So, on the Megger functions, it has 100V,  250V,  500V and 1000V.  
My first inclination was to test the resistance of my fingers.  

I was going to use the 1000V function but decided to give 100V a try first.  
Barely feel it... OK.  

250 Volts... HOLY SHIT did that shock the piss out of me.  Glad I did not start 
with 1000V.
