Water tight container like a bucket and a variable volt power supply like a lab bench supply.  Water, acid, copper, nickel.  I am sure there are lots of YouTube videos on electroplating.

I'm having a heck of a time with trying to get someone locally or regionally to nickel electro-plate an ice machine part. Most of them don't even return my messages. 
 
Any recommendations on where to get something like this done?
