that pilot was authorized by one local fire chief, but when the new one arrived
and took command, he said no.

Just watch the video of the emergency workers telling the
helicopter guy he would be arrested if he went back and rescued that woman?s
husband.? They forced the husband to be rescued via rope line across a
flooding river.? Endangered him and the crew that had to hike in and do the
rope rescue.? Helicopter could have just picked up the guy and had him with
his wife in 5 minutes.?
