I used to be all for it,  spent tens of thousands on cell bills over the years, 
  recently I am pulling back and dropping lines as the vast majority don’t want 
to be tied to the man so the leave them at work.

But yeah I would love to hear others takes on how to get employees to read 
emails and confirm / know.  We tried dropping easter eggs, etc.  but atleast 
half of the employees fail at checking work related emails.

I will say going into the new year my take on employees has dropped a lot,   I 
know its on management,  hire slow fire quick, etc.  but its becoming glaringly 
obvious that most employees could care less about the company’s health and are 
all about themselves,  what can they get out of it,  what is the max amount of 
slacking off they can do before something happens, etc.   Where are Elon’s 
robots already???

I have about 25 employees.  Thinking of giving them all a company cell phone so 
they can’t fail to pay the bill or can’t claim they did not receive the email.
