We did work for a national park that had legacy T-1s they still needed for 
phone system, Aviat had a product that supported 16x T-1s and then a separate 
set of switched ethernet ports for future expansion across the same link. We 
recommended upgrading to VoIP before finding the T1 gear became more expensive 
for spares/repairs, or just unavailable.
