My sister is out by bangor, says maine is weird, armed

She runs a pretty big EMS system out there, says the state
government actually cares about thoughtful spending of its
dollars and listens to the constituency for the most part,

it was mostly written by itself, no person
actually knows what the code does or how it
works, and therefore we can't make seemingly
simple adjustments without starting over and
retraining it.
