I could swear I have a Dr. Demento Christmas CD somewhere, but I can’t find it. I think it included Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer.
I also had a Tom Lehrer CD that I can’t find. I did however find a Playmates CD with the song “Beep Beep”. I used to listen to country radio and they would always play Lisa Layne singing the other All I Want For Christmas song but I haven’t heard that for years. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4WXWwhh7agI From: AF <[email protected]> On Behalf Of Chuck Sent: Saturday, December 13, 2025 10:06 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [AFMUG] OT - Christmas music tradition We would make pottery with barking dogs in the room and then place the pots in Egyptian ruins. https://youtu.be/NdmMui5pBjE Sent from my iPhone On Dec 12, 2025, at 1:12 PM, Bill Prince <[email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> > wrote: When I was a kid, it was on a wax cylinder. bp <part15sbs{at}gmail{dot}com> On 12/12/2025 10:37 AM, Darren Shea via AF wrote: When I was a kid, in the 70’s, I had that song on a 45 single!
