The most immediate concern would be if cnMaestro cloud goes dark, since CBRS and 6 GHz APs need it to function. The SAS vendors and Qualcomm for AFC would also need to keep getting paid, although I’m guessing they would keep their side running and wait for the dust to settle.
cnMaestro is a cloud service, even in a worst case scenario, you’d think someone would keep it running. Hell, I can still buy license keys for Exalt radios, and they’ve been gone for years. I would also have to ask where is Vector Capital in all this? Aren’t they still majority owners, even after the public offerings? Since that time the products have increased greatly in bandwidth capability and the company's products and its hard-working employees have been a big contributor of my work life. Unless something magical comes in to save them, this will be then end and a big loss for the industry and a big reconsideration for our networks.
