This didn't jump out at me yesterday, but some people are saying to create a PCQ queue with the "rate" option set to the target speed, and then use that Queue type in your simple Queues.

This does work. I wonder why the old simple way doesn't behave like it used to.



Do you remember what the fix was? The list archives from before this month are currently missing.

yes there is a problem we had a previous thread about a year ago started by me with a fix in it, had to change a setting then it worked way better
