Replying to a really old thread but the issue with EMT outdoor is that
it's not watertight. It's not the pipe itself but the fittings.

You can probably use back-to-back conduit clamps, go to an electrical
supply house and ask for a “mini” that’s actually a brand but they
will know what you mean.
You could also cut pieces of strut a little wider than the face of the
tower and attach it to the legs with U-bolts, then use the appropriate
size conduit straps in the strut.
But EMT is not supposed to be used outdoors. Rigid or IMC.
