Yeah, that was a heavy puppy. Somewhere around 300 lbs IIRC. Used a
heavy duty snatch block & had 3 guys on the rigging as we pulled it up.
Yes also on the gray. This site is in on a very visible mountain top in
the middle of an open space preserve, and they require everything to be
painted gray to reduce the visual issues.
Funny though. They just recently installed a couple of licensed links
for their 2-way system, and they didn't paint their own dishes...

I've twice hauled 6' pieces of 4-1/2" sched 40 pipe up a roof, so I
can imagine how heavy that one in the picture is.
