Just to be clear... all of the oids are responsive with the correct information when you use the oids and community string from cacti on a snmp get?
If so, sounds like a cacti problem. There is of course the possibility that the oids are different after doing what you did, but that would show up as wrong data since cacti would be configured for the wrong oid.
