unless you have more than 75ish clients on an AP (not recommended unless
you are selling 256K plans ;-)

FSK - set at 3 or 4
430 and 450 set at 6 or 8 (or more there is minimal throughput hit since
the APs have much more capacity than FSK)

i think one of the RF overload stats could tell you if it's having
problems, but i've never seen issues with the above settings.
