long term projection on maintenance cost for those components?

    Is that your monthly power bill including your grid-tie solar?  When was 
the solar activated?  Perhaps around September 2012?

    We had a spike a few years back when the shut-off for our well pump 
malfunctioned, and the pump had run for 4 days straight.  That was 
awe-inspiring, but I don't think we got as high as that.
