A few tidbits: Antares wasn't NASA.

The last shuttle flight was in 2011 and both the SRBs and SSME were made in the USA. Other things like the Atlas V used to to launch Curiosity does use the Russian RD-180 engine on the first stage with the American RL10 on the upper stage, but technically Atlas is United Launch Alliance (Lockheed Martin and Boeing) and not NASA.
