Listen before talk -basically DFS fo r the 3.65 band so that the upper 25mhz is 
available for use.

We are using 20mhz channels with ABAB. 


However with LBT you have to offset the A1 by a cpl MHz from A2 etc. 


Also don't worry about the band changes. Currently this equip would be 
grandfathered for 5 years.
