We're about to outsource our level 1 support, 24/7. They will be able to have read-only into aircontrol for seeing if the client radio is up, as well as troubleshooting basic router issues.

Everything else gets elevated to us during normal business hours. Commercial calls will get sent to our PBX and a ring group.
