My market has a very high percentage of cord cutters. Less than 10% of my subscribers pay for subscription TV. Top that off with every other ISP in my area offering ESPN3 for free and regardless of whether or not the customers will use it it does count against me when trying to market my service. People seem to buy into this whole free stuff nonsense, even if they don't really care for it.
