The client (Water Company) got to Verizon SIM cards from Verizon so in essence its just like Smart phone on their network. I have Internet (that's how we are conversing) via the modem but the IP is dynamic from Verizon's pool. Spoke with GE MDS tech and he recommends static IPs be assigned to each SIM card so we can create a M2M link for them. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes for connection to migrate from Evdo to LTE when I reboot system but once acquired it is staying at -56dBM. Several US towers within 1/2 to 1 mile away and Mexican towers about 1 1/2 miles away so I think that's why it takes so long to acquire LTE.
