Sometimes the FCC's Universal Licensing System and Java don't play well together. On more than one occasion, I've had to re-install a prior version of Java to make IE work with ULS.
This FCC link has some suggestions for configuring your browser for ULS: http://esupport.fcc.gov/index.htm?job=getting_connected. Good luck! Jonathan E. FCC AP (4900 MHz) java application Attempting to submit a license in 4900 MHz (public safety). The ULS site dumps you into a java application that doesn't seem to want to run. I've tried both chrome (latest), as well as IE (version 11). The java app starts with a blank screen, and several buttons. You can click on any button. Once. After that nothing happens. Anyone else gone through this? What trick am I missing? -- bp <part {dash} 15 {at} SkylineBroadbandService {dot} com>
