BestBuy will take your CRTs. I have dropped a few of them off there. They will take pretty much any electronics except for hard drives. I had a grip of old XBOX hard drives from my previous job as a console modder and they wouldn't touch them. I told them that they are just XBOX drives with no personal info but they said there is too much liability for them to accept data storage.
