Muletape is reusable. It has footage markers on it. I like to use a light weight string with a baggie on the end. Suck it through with a vacuum cleaner. Then pull back the muletape. Use that for pulling the cable.
Do you have the grips/socks chinese finger pull devices to grab the cable? Much better than a series of half hitches that get hung up on everything.
