If the opportunity came up, I’d have to consider it, depending on the client and the censorship. For example, I’ve got a couple projects in countries that have problems with poverty, kidnappings, rapes, developmental Democratic issues, etc… Bringing them internet and other technical solutions to try and solve these problems makes the projects worthwhile. Providing bandwidth isn’t the only application for communications technologies.
