It seems like what I'm looking for doesn't exist. I'm looking for something that looks like a laptop power supply like this

I'd have no problem chopping the end off of the above or using one of those open\DIN power supplies, but chopping off the AC cord at home or a tower site, but this is going at a customer's location.
