There are some other vendors depending on what you are trying to achieve and
budget.  Look into the OpenBTS platform - some vendors below.

If you are trying to do cellular good luck with getting good handsets and
application support.  6 years ago all we needed was voicemail and text.  Now
its visual voicemail and another half dozen systems - and all smart phones.
Roaming handoffs are more difficult than ever not to mention it prices you
into a tough financial position.
