All,
If you have not yet registered for AF2015 please do so as soon
as is convenient. Traci and the crew at WBM need to solidify table
rentals and meal counts for the show. For anyone who has never been to
AF you are missing out on a great time that is as much fun as it is
informative.
On that note we need some smart folks to sit up in front of the crowd
and hand out wisdom. Based on feedback from you animals the following
topics have been nominated for panel discussion/open forums:
1. IPv6 Implementation Basics, iBGP/BGP
2. Wireless & Wired MDU deployment.
3. Fiber, FTTH cost model, reducing cost, outside plant hardware
recommendations, financing, partnerships, contract vs. in house
labor/build out.
4. User discussion: Cambium
5. User discussion: Ubiquiti
6. User Discussion: LTE – Feasibility
For anyone with experience and a modicum of success in any of these
areas I would ask that you raise your hands to share your experiences.
If you have experienced a soul crushing defeat related to any of these
topics I also wouldn’t mind hearing from you. So, a show of hands?
