*nods* A real hardhat would likely be more imperative for someone working on 
the ground... where they can go back in the truck to get warm if necessary.

Ski googles - will not fog up if you get a half decent pair. Also much warmer. 
if your climbing you might consider a ski helmet rather than a traditional 
hardhat. Very likely not OSHA approved. A face mask, googles, and a helmet is a 
huge help when it’s really cold and windy. I’ll take my chances on OHSA 
complaining about my hardhat versus being warm :-)
