Did you hear the first presentation about removing the bar against municipalities from operating ISPs? If that is adopted UTOPIA will become an ISP, not just a pseudo shell carrier for ISPs. (This is a Utah thing). But in areas where your local municipality is barred from competing, the landscape may change...
