Here is a random thought.  What would happen if the entire industry didn't file 
form 477 as a protest move.

So Chuck McCown seems to think there might be a few perks come out of this.
I usually believe what Chuck says :)

Anyone else have any insight to anything we might "get" out of this, that might 
be good?

More access to connect america funds? a more level playing field?  Will cable 
companies now also be able to apply for those funds?

Chuck (i think) said we'd probably get pole attachment rights.  Yay....but we 
still have to pay for them i'm sure.

do we now have to register with our state PUC? What might we "get" out of this, 
good?

I know the afternoon here at wispamerica will be all about this stuff.

and in the next week, maybe we'll get to read what they just passed......ugh.
