The light(s) indicate power and which polarity. The GigE units don’t have lights.

I just opened a packet with GIGE-APC-HV on the outside and the surge suppressor on the inside says GigEAPC with HV written in sharpie on the back. Does not seem to have a light. Is this an old model HV? Does the light denote a HV unit nowadays? Thanks Adam
