You have to watch those temperatures on the smaller switches. Also, voltage could be an issue with the CCR units.
I found the CCRs get flakey when anything above 27v  hits it.
I still use them extensively in our system though. If I can get them settled around 24v I dont have any issues.

This is why I want mikrotik to come out with a more hardened router and switch that both have external terminals for
dc connect and have a better range for dirty dc
