Good link..Internet on laptop, connect it to their Cisco Linksys router...no LEDs on WAN port. checked that cable..nope its good. LAN and wireless ports are working .. They had another router already configured. Tried that and success. So according to client on Monday, thunderstorm passed through area around closing time. Apparently a strike or surge burned out WAN port of router and LAN port of Rocket but nothing else on same surge protector. Mast is grounded.
