Use the larger depth strut. Get 1.5" clamps 4 of them for rohn 25, 2 brackets 
per strut. Then proper size for your mounting pipe. Then it u have any play in 
it depending on the weight of whatever u mounted u can add a 3rd brace from the 
remaining leg to mid point on your mounting pipe to really beef it up

an tower that is 130 ft up and I see some of them tower stand offs are around 
300 dollars per set I cant see spending that much on something like this.
