This should be a great solution for WISPs who want to use PMP450 at sites where
they don’t know if the subscriber potential in the near term will justify it.
Or to help justify sectors instead of an omni. I know I really don’t want to
stock two sets of CPE and spare APs, one for major towers and one for micropops.

Unfortunately for me, I already did a bunch of 450 APs that could have taken
advantage of this, and now I’m working on a forklift upgrade of an older 6 AP
tower with sub counts per AP of 7, 16, 17, 9, 10 and 7. Not a good Lite AP
application. Oh, well. Of course I could swap out the existing APs with
Lites, and then redeploy them at this tower. That seems a little crazy unless
you like climbing and swapping out APs.
