Some new WISP tried to cheat on agreement on mountain site. Installed some of type poe splitter on 5 runs from toughswitch...was been charged for 5 radios on tower but had 10 !!! Another WISP turned him in for this and not coordinating frequencies and two others on same site. He is getting stuff off tower...some creative way ..shame he was a crook
