4K per end or per link, and is that full license?  It sounds too low to me.  I 
think there is a PTP650S, is that maybe what you’re referring to?

Also, if it doesn’t care how you connect V and H, that’s a new feature in the 
650, I’m pretty sure the 300/400/500/600 required you to connect V to V, and H 
to H.
