One would hope but why did it fail and do you even want to risk being 
associated with it.

You can tell them it’s a new business that has the number now but they tend to

If the failing local business has cancelled their account, you will not be able 
to get them because the inner workings of comcast are so screwed up (There will 
be no account to look up in their system).  At least that has been my 
experience in the past.
