Most cell carriers I have on my towers have 12x12. 12 1 5/8" lines to 12 antenna that are 72"x 8". Those are quickly being replaced by 12 antenna with 12 RDU and one or two hybrid cables that are about 1".
The biggest difference is likely the coaxial line's weight and wind load. With that many carriers the bottom of that tower probably looks solid. My smallest install pays $1825 a month so they may think they are giving you a discount. All carriers pay their own power bill so that will have no affect. If it is in a trust department you are likely screwed. Depending on where it is I'll come out and slap one up and try to get half those carriers on my tower. Of course, I have to be within a quarter mile and have an easement or own the land.
