We have done a 45G using a gin pole. 55G would go pretty much the same just little heavier sections, make sure you have a really stout gin pole.
If you plan on using a crane, I would not try to lift the whole 100ft of tower in one piece. It's not designed to be lifted up like that unsupported. two 50ft pieces seems more reasonable.
